Where do my downloads go after purchase?
Purchased and approved free assets are added to your Digital Vault. Sign in with the same Google account you used during checkout to access them.
How do custom requests work?
Use the Request flow anywhere on the site, upload a reference image, and add your contact details. BLVIZ reviews the request and follows up directly.
Why can’t I see an item in my vault?
First confirm you are signed in with the same Google account used at purchase. If it still does not appear, contact support with your email and the asset name.
What does Premium include?
Premium access unlocks instant download benefits on eligible assets and streamlines repeat usage across the library.
